Our second season of the Fantasy Premier League Football Draft league is about to begin. This year we have eight teams battling it out to be the NineSixFourTwo Fantasy Football Draft League champion.
We have last years double champion Dewtastic, old hand Old Warsonians, as well as returning teams Toe Hack Utd, The Karius Effect (team name obviously sold since last year) and Lads on Toure (was
Guns N’ Moses) as well as one new manager, Nabeel Khaleel and both NumberNine (Waitakere Wizzards) and myself (Teh Chelski Fools).
This year we have 3 fewer teams than last year, but with only one new face, and all 7 of the returning teams finishing in the top 8 last year, this will prove to be a close contest.
The first round games are all interesting match-ups that will possibly set the tone of the season. Newcomer Nabeel Khaleel vs my Teh Chelski Fools, Toe Hack Utd hosting Old Warsonians, The Karius Effect vs Lads on Toure and last years winner Dewtastic vs my co-hosts Waitakere Wizzards.
